Welcome to Promptr, an AI chat application that connects users to various AI providers. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our service.

By accessing or using Promptr, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our service.

2. Service Description

Promptr provides an interface to interact with various third-party AI models including, but not limited to, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and DeepSeek. We facilitate the connection between you and these AI providers but do not create or control the AI-generated content.

3. User Accounts

1. You must create an account to use Promptr. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
3. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Use the service in compliance with all applicable New Zealand laws and regulations.
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our system or network.
• Not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service.

5. Acceptable Use and Service Limitations

1. The responses generated through Promptr come from third-party AI models and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs.
2. You are responsible for evaluating and verifying any information or content provided through the service.
3. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

5.4 Rate Limits and Fair Usage:

• We implement reasonable rate limits on API requests to ensure fair usage.
• We reserve the right to throttle excessive usage that negatively impacts service performance.
• Systematic or programmatic abuse of our service is strictly prohibited.

5.5 Prohibited Activities:

You agree not to use Promptr to:

• Engage in spamming, scraping, or automated mass querying of AI endpoints.
• Attempt to bypass any usage limitations or security measures.
• Conduct denial of service attacks or other activities that may overload our infrastructure.
• Generate content that violates our content policies or the policies of our AI providers.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying models or algorithms.
